November 2023 Uber Dare
Because this is such a busy month, the November Uber Dare is simple and relaxing!
Supplies:
The only supplies you need are a bathtub or shower (or if you’re lucky, a hot tub!) and a silicone, water-friendly lubricant like Uberlube.
Usually we recommend water-based lubricants like Aloecadabra, Good Clean Love, or the very affordable Astroglide because they are better for regular vaginal use.
However, they dissolve just when things are heating up in a romantic water encounter! Uberlube is water-friendly, flavorless, unscented, won’t stain sheets, and is latex compatible and free of parabens…and it comes in a travel-friendly, discreet, refillable metal tube that no one will ever know is lubricant.
For the Dare, prep your bathroom with lit candles, soft music (we curated a Spotify Uber Dare playlist to set the mood), beverages of your choice, chocolates or your choice of treat, silicone lubricant, and a soapy washcloth for wiping up any silicone lubricant that might get on the floor (it’s slippery!). If you don’t have a bath pillow, we highly recommend you invest in one.
Here’s the extra large bath pillow Dr. Jennifer uses. Invite your husband to take a relaxing Uber bath with you, and take turns feeding each other and pleasuring one another with the silicone lubricant. Ah, just what you both needed to reconnect in a busy month!
