August 2022 Dare of the Month: You Glow Girl! Dare

Beat the outdoor August heat with an indoor black light Dare that will light up your love life! You and the wonderful man you married will have so much fun doing this colorful and creative Dare!

Supplies: Black light bulbs or inexpensive black light bar, glow in the dark tattoo stickers or body glitter gel, glow in the dark party supplies, rainbow glow sticks, invisible UV blacklight markers with UV lights, vitamin B (thiamine) capsules.

Glow in the dark drink supplies: the quinine in tonic water (like Canada Dry or Schweppes) will glow blue under black light. You can also look for a sports drink with vitamin B (thiamine) which will glow yellow under black light.

Step 1: Decorate your bathroom with fun glow in the dark party supplies.

Step 2: Plug in a black light bar into a GFI receptacle (ground fault outlet) in bathroom or replace regular light bulbs in your bathroom fixtures with black light bulbs. You must have a black (UV) light for the listed products to glow.

Step 3: Mix up drinks that light up under black light and serve in plastic glasses in your bathroom. See recipe below.

Step 4: Grind up 3 or 4 vitamin B (with 50mg of thiamine, niacin, and riboflavin) capsules. Dissolve in a glass of warm water. Add to a bathtub of regular water and swish around. Under black light, the water will glow yellow. Float rainbow glow sticks in bath water for even more fun!

For extra fun, take turns decorating each other with glow in the dark tattoo stickers or body glitter gel, or even write invisible sexy messages on your skin with black light markers. Glow in the Dark Lemonade

Ingredients

• Tonic water with quinine in the ingredients
• Lemonade
• Sparkling water
• (Vodka if you want)

Instructions: Combine above in a large pitcher. At least half the mixture must be tonic water so it will glow. You can also make tonic water ice cubes and watch them glow under a black light!
